Wildcat is just about the last vestige of the independent family-owned ski area and you'll
definitely feel the difference. It's amazing how everyone goes out of their way (even by high American standards) to please. Like they say it's
– great location, great snow, great food and great folks! And it's a great choice for school groups too!
groups too!
On The Slopes
There's plenty of manageable trails for the shakiest of beginners such as the aptly named "Catnap" and all the runs end back at the valley floor so it's easy to navigate your way around.
For intermediates there's a multitude of cruisers, including the wide open steeps of "The Lynx" voted favourite trail year after year by the locals and experts will be pleased to hear there are a couple of new trails right down the plumb line of the mountain.
Off The Slopes
Activities include snow tubing, night skiing, snowshoeing, bowling, sleigh rides, disco (peak season only), cinema, indoor ice skating, Victorian outdoor ice skating (until mid March) and outlet shopping in North Conway or Tilton, Concord.
