• Coach Tours: 1 free place per 8 paying passengers. Prices are based on a minimum of 40 full paying members with a 49 seater coach.
• Party Leader's family reductions for groups of over 30 paying members. Spouse at child rate plus adult lift pass supplement. 25% reduction for up to 2 Party Leader's children (age 2-16).

• Full travel insurance of £19 per person including medical, redundancy cover, travel delay, personal liability.
• Ski breakage insurance of £5 per person.
• 6 day local area lift pass to cover areas as described on the resort page. Supplement for lift pass extensions (e.g. Châtel, Morzine, Les Gets, and Serre Chevalier).
• Ski lessons – 12 hours tuition.
• Hire of skis, boots & poles for 6 days.

• Return coach to London airport departure points from mainland England & Wales (only) based on a minimum of 40 full paying members.
• Flight from our nominated London airport.
• Transfer from overseas airport to your hotel

• Return coach travel including all road taxes and tolls from UK mainland school. Skiplan use British executive coaches with WC, TV, video and seat-belts.
• Added use of the coach in resort (subject to EU drivers’ hours regulations). Based on a minimum of 40 paying members.
• Coach Tours: 6 nights full board + 1 extra meal.

• Drinks with meals except breakfast.
• Regional and weekend flight supplements.
• Meals en-route (coach tours).
• Cost of ski badges and tests.
• Snowboard hire and tuition.
• Extended area lift passes where applicable.
• Alternative arrangements (i.e. kindergarten or local ski school) for children aged 7 years or under who will not be accepted for normal group lessons.

Prices are valid for pupils under 18 yrs on the date of departure. Pupils over 18 yrs and adults not travelling on supervisory places will be charged a supplement of £75 per tour, plus the extra cost for an adult lift pass £30. NB: If party size or adult composition changes we will re-calculate free places and if applicable the price of your tour.
