I've never run a School Ski trip before - where do I start?
Speak to us - you can call our head office or speak to one of our local travel advisors who will be happy to visit your school and guide you through our simple process.

How far in advance do you need to start planning your School Ski Trip?
It all depends on your school and your students. In general, the earlier you start with the preparations, the better.

What are the advantages of staying in a ClubHotel?
Our ClubHotels are either on the piste or close by which means that getting on the slopes is easy and lunch times are not an inconvenience. Food and service are two very important elements in a ski tour arrangement, so within SkiPlan ClubHotels we go to great lengths to ensure that our menus are suitable and attractive to both pupils and staff.

How many free places do we get?
If you are travelling by air you get 1 free place for every 10 students. If you are travelling by coach you get 1 free place for every 8 students travelling. Terms and conditions apply.

With the credit crunch here- how can I get parents and students on board?
Our travel advisors will be happy to come and speak to your school and attend parents' evening. We can also send you printed literature for you to hand out to students and their parents. We also have a parents page on our website which you can direct them to.

Will there be any support for our group once we in resort?
You will have the support of one of our experienced SkiPlan representatives who will be available throughout your tour to offer you as much or as little assistance as you need.

We have been with the same company for many years - isn't it risky to change?
Not at all - with so many resorts and happy customers (read what they say) we are proud market leaders for skiing schools.

What benefits are there for the children going on a school ski trip?
There are many benefits to name a few: fresh air, exercise, confidence building - teamwork, motivation - this may be a student's first trip abroad and a chance for them to soak up a life-building experience alongside their peers.

Can I make changes to my booking once it has been provisionally booked?
Yes, that is not a problem. Simply contact us and we will adjust your booking accordingly. Terms and conditions may apply.

Personal Service

We pride ourselves both on the quality of our tours and the personal service we provide. From initial contact with us you are allocated a dedicated tour coordinator, who is on hand to help before, during and after your trip meaning the maximum convenience for you.

Inspection Visits

Group inspection visits accompanied by SkiPlan are organised annually to a variety of destinations. Visits include viewing accommodation we use and sampling après-ski activities available, and also provide the opportunity to discuss any aspects of your tour with SkiPlan staff.

The SkiPlan Group Inspection Visits for next season will be publicized in the Autumn. In the meantime, if you wish to pre-register your interest in a particular destination please contact us.
