Make a Provisional Booking
If your chosen accommodation is available, you can take out a Provisional Booking which will be held for 14 days. This two week period will allow you to fully promote your ski tour to your students.
Confirm your Booking
When you make your booking you must complete and sign a Booking Form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of this Fair Trading Agreement. A first deposit per person must be paid at the time of booking.
If you wish to purchase our insurance policy, all applicable premiums must also be paid at the time of booking (you must be insured - see clause 12 of Fair Trading Agreement in our price list).
A full Passenger Names List is also required at the time of booking with names as per passport and your deposits and balance payment must be made strictly in accordance with the following timetable.
Deposits
A first deposit payment of £100 per paying person is required.
A second deposit: £50 ppp no later than 4 weeks after your first deposit.
A third deposit: £100 ppp no later than 4 weeks after your second deposit.
All deposits are non-refundable and all name changes are subject to an amendment fee. See price list for our Fair Trading agreement.
Final Payment
Final balance is due no later than 12 weeks before departure.
