How to Book Your Tour

Select Your Tour Having chosen your destination, contact us on: 0871 222 6565 or email sales@skiplan.co.uk. Alternatively you can call your regional travel advisor (see right) who will be able to give you full details and availability. Make a Provisional Booking If your chosen accommodation is available, you can take out a Provisional Booking which will be held for 2 weeks (3 weeks for USA/Canadian tours). This period will allow you to promote the tour to your students. Confirm Your Booking Complete and sign a Booking Form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of our Fair Trading Agreement. The appropriate deposits must be paid at the time of booking. A Full Passenger Names List is required at this time. It is the Party Leader's responsibility to ensure that ALL names given are in full and exactly as shown on the individual's passport. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect/abbreviated names submitted and any subsequent amendments will be treated as a name change. Deposits First Deposit: £80 (ppp) for European tours. £100 (ppp) for USA/Canadian Tours. Second Deposit: £60 (ppp) no later than 4 weeks after 1st deposit. £100 (ppp) for USA/Canadian Tours. Third Deposit: £60 (ppp) no later than 4 weeks after 2nd deposit. £100 (ppp) for USA/Canadian Tours. (ppp) = per paying person Final Payment Your final balance is due no later than 10 weeks (12 weeks for USA/Canadian tours) prior to departure. Please note: If a deposits or final balance payments are delayed a late payment charge will automatically apply and be added to your tour invoice.

The SkiPlan Team In Resort

Whilst in resort you will have the support of one of our experienced SkiPlan representatives who will be available throughout your tour to offer you as much or as little assistance as you wish.

Free Places

• Air Tours: 1 per 10 full paying passengers.
• Coach Tours: 1 per 8 full paying passengers. Prices based on a minimum of 40 full paying members on a 49 seat coach and 60 paying members on double decker vehicles.
• Party Leader's family reductions for groups of over 30 paying members. Spouse at child rate plus adult lift pass supplement. 25% reduction for up to two Party Leader's children (age 2-16).

Insurance and Ski Packs

• Full travel insurance of £19 per person including medical, redundancy cover, travel delay, personal liability (unless opting for your own insurance).
• Ski breakage insurance of £5 per person (not applicable if you are arranging your own travel insurance).
• 6 day local area lift pass. Supplements payable for area extensions in Châtel, Morzine, La Plagne, Les Menuires, Passo Tonale, Zell am See and Folgaria.
• Ski lessons - 12 hours tuition (average ratio of 1 instructor per 12 paying pupils).
• Hire of skis, boots & poles for 6 days.

Air Groups

• Return coach transportation to London airport (from mainland England & Wales only) based on a minimum of 40 full paying members.
• Flights from one of our nominated London airports.
• Return transfer from overseas airport to hotel.
• 7 nights full board.
• All airport and local taxes at current rates.

Coach Groups

• Return coach travel including all road taxes and tolls from UK mainland school. SkiPlan use British executive coaches with WC, TV, video/DVD.
• Added use of the coach in your resort (subject to EU drivers' hours regulations). Tour prices based on a minimum of 40 paying members.

Extras to Budget for

• Drinks with meals except breakfast.
• Lift Pass supplements for pupils 16 to 18 years of age in certain French Swiss and Austrian resorts.
• Lift pass extension costs.
• Meals en-route (coach tours).
• Evening entertainment.
• Cost of ski badges and tests.
• Snowboard hire and tuition.
• Helmet hire from £10 per 6 days (obligatory in Italy for pupils under 14 years of age and in Spain for pupils under 16 years).
• Alternative Ski School arrangements for children aged 7 years or under who will not be eligible for normal school group lessons.
• Extra Adults not travelling on supervisory places will pay a supplement of £75 per tour (based on multi bedded room occupancy), plus the extra cost of £30 for an adult lift pass.
• Key Card - cost added to your invoice and normally refundable back in UK on return of key cards in resort.
