Confirm your booking
Complete and sign a Booking Form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of our Fair Trading Agreement. The appropriate deposits must be paid at the time of booking.
A Full Passenger Names List is required at this time. It is the Party Leader's responsibility to ensure that ALL names given are in full and exactly as shown on the individual's passport. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect/abbreviated names submitted and any subsequent amendments will be dealt with as a name change.
Deposits
FIRST DEPOSIT: £75 per paying person (ppp).
SECOND DEPOSIT: £50 ppp no later than 4 weeks after 1st deposit.
THIRD DEPOSIT: £50 ppp no later than 4 weeks after 2nd deposit.
Final Payment
Your final balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to departure.
Please note that if deposit or final balance payments are delayed a payment charge will automatically apply and be added to your tour invoice.
