Our Accommodation...
Our 2009 programme features a superb range of top value accommodation chosen by SkiPlan for their prime positioning. Most North American hotels are not subject to official Tourist Office star classifications so for your information we have graded accommodation according to our overall view of comfort, location, facilities and ambience.
Total Holiday Security...
We are a member of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA number V9860). We also hold an Air Travel Organiser's License issued by the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL number 4849). This means the air holidays in our brochure are ATOL protected. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not left stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking. For further information, visit the ATOL website at www.atol.org.uk. If your holiday does not include flights, ABTA will financially protect your holiday in the same way.
Travel Details...
Our transatlantic flights are offered with a variety of scheduled airlines including: Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Air Canada, KLM/Northwest, Aer Lingus using Boeing 747, 767 and Airbus Jets.
Our prices are based on special rates for limited allocation on Scheduled flights. Once our allocated seats have been filled additional charges will apply and subsequently affect the selling price of our tours. It is strictly first come first served for the lowest tour prices.
Free Place Ratios...
Based on full paying pupils we offer 1:10 free places for teachers on all our tours. Accommodation for adults is based on twin or double room occupancy. Travel Insurance will also be included for free place concessions providing the entire group books the Skiplan Insurance package.

Adult Supplements and Tour Prices...
Adults travelling over the free place ratio will be charged a minimum supplement of £100 per person. This does not include room supplements or ski tuition (which must be purchased in resort). Where groups comprise more than 15% full paying adults the tour price will be reviewed and automatically be subject to an increase.
Extra Tuition & 6th day Skiing Supplements...
We include 2 hours ski tuition per day i.e. 10 hours for the tour.
Supplements for four hour lessons vary from resort to resort and generally range between £40 and £85 per person.
An extra day's skiing (making six days with 2 hour lessons) generally ranges between £40 and £60 per person. Please note that lift passes, tuition and equipment hire supplements also vary from resort to resort.
