Located in the surrounding Mt Washington Valley, Wildcat is one of New Hampshire’s most scenic resorts and features a combination of breathtaking scenery, great snow, long trails, and big skiing with a warm, small mountain feel. In the past few years trails have been widened, the base lodge has been rebuilt and a highspeed quad now whisks skiers from base to summit in a little over 6 minutes.
On the slopes
Wildcat Mountain has something that will appeal to all grades of skier or boarder. There are 225 acres which include manageable trails for beginners such as Polecat which is 23/4 miles long and winds its way down from the peak right back to the base lodge! The Snowcat area, with its own triple chair, is an ideal place for first-timers, whilst for intermediates the Tomcat and Bobcat triple chairs allow access to many cruisers including the locals’ favourite trail, The Lynx.
