The five large resorts of Salzburger Sportwelt, Schladming, Gastein, Hochkönig and Grossarl are now accessible by one single lift pass offering you an enormous variety of 860km of piste and 252 lifts to choose from. Most of our properties are based near to the immense Salzburger Sportwelt, one of the largest skiing regions in Austria featuring 350 km of pistes and made up of the three valleys of Flachau, Wagrain and St Johann-im-Pongau.
On the slopes
Groups staying in Radstadt will begin at the nursery slopes of the Radstadt / Altenmarkt or Zauchensee areas, and can also easily access Schladming, whilst those staying in Eben will normally start on the small local ski area which is excellent for the first day to build confidence and find your ski legs. From there, beginners will soon progress to the easy blue runs. Wagrain beginners start off on the local nursery slopes then head for the “Flying Mozart” gondola for high speed access to the upper slopes. Intermediate skiers can easily explore the entire area as no matter where you go, there will always be a wide selection of red runs, and for the advanced, the Zauchensee and Alpendorf areas have some testing black runs. Off-piste untracked snow can be found many days after a snowfall. Snowboarders will find ample challenges in the fun parks with half-pipes at Alpendorf, Flachau & Kleinarl.
Off the slopes
There is a wide range of après-ski on offer in all our resorts. Possibilities for evening entertainment include flood-lit skiing in Flachau, bowling, indoor swimming at the Wagrain Waterworld or Altenmarkt Amade Therme and ice-skating. There are also many shops, cafés and bars.
