Kronplatz is South Tyrol's No.1 ski area, so it is an enduringly popular for school ski trips to Italy. Located just 25km from the Austrian border, the people speak German here. But the resort has a very Italian feel, part of the vast Dolomiti Superski area. A state of the art one chip ski pass gives pupils access to 12 varied resorts and a massive 1,200km of easy to extreme skiing terrain. School ski courses are excellent here and the local skiing is more than ample; 105km of lovely slopes, always in mint condition, for ideal school skiing! And there's a super-efficient modern snow making system too, for guaranteed skiing conditions!

The Hotel Dobbiaco has a prestigous history, once the summer residence for the Austrian Princess Sissi it has since been refurbished and re-invented as a hotel. The hotel is run by very established hotel’s chain which for many years has look after skiplan groups on the Dolomites. An ideal choice for coach groups.

The hotel is situated just on the outskirts of Dobbiaco village and is a 10 minute drive by coach to Kronplatz ski area.

There is a bar, lounge and a restaurant which is divided into three seperate areas.

The hotel has 43 bedrooms split over 3 floors, all of which are served by a lift. All of the bedrooms are en-suite and have a TV. Some rooms also have a balcony.

Facilities include
