Serre Chevalier, internationally renowned as the resort of Olympic Gold Medalist Luc Alphand, is situated in the Hautes Alpes and comprises four interlinked areas - Chantemerle (1350m), Monêtier (1500m), Villeneuve (1400m) and Briançon (1200m). This vast ski circuit is a great choice for all grades of skiers and whilst much of the skiing is above the tree line, Serre Chevalier is renowned for its attractive runs through pine forests.

Capacity 52 Ski Hotel Le Rif Blanc

A fantastic new addition to our school programme, this comfortable, friendly hotel is run by a British family who have a perfect understanding of what makes for a good school trip.

The hotel is located in the centre of charming Monêtier-les-Bains, the highest of the Serre Chevalier villages. The hotel is a 8 minute walk from the ski slopes or alternatively the ski bus stops directly outside the hotel.

The chalet-style hotel has 22 en suite bedrooms which have been recently refurbished to a high standard offering comfortable, modern accommodation. Rooms sleep 2-5 people.

Groups can relax in the contemporary, stylish bar-lounge. There is also a TV/reading room with a 42" flat screen TV for groups to watch DVDs.

There is also a ski room under the hotel with an outside access point.

Groups will eat breakfast and dinner in the pleasant restaurant.
