France has hundreds of kilometers of ski slopes, in some of the most spectacular mountains in the world. There are as many as 400 fully equipped mountain resorts situated in the Alps range but they only cover 6% of its total area, so that the mountains have not lost any part of their natural beauty. Due to location, at the height of up to 3300 meters above sea level, French resorts get great levels of snow. Resorts are very varied, ranging from large, commercialised places, to small, charming mountain villages. Some of our resorts are based in the famous Alpe d'Huez and Les Deux Alpes to name but a few. All offer extensive and varied skiing terrain making is the perfect choice for mixed ability groups. France also gets a high score when it comes to après ski activity for your school groups, with a mixture of lively and quiet ski resorts there is plenty of choice.
