On The Slopes
Our lift pass includes all 51 lifts and 180kms of the Forêt Blanche, covering both Vars and Risoul.
Rising from a sunny plateau the seemingly endless variety of skiing will keep even the most experienced skiers
happy. Beginners are well catered for with large nursery slopes and gentle green runs to help build confidence. Pupils will quickly progress to the various
chairlifts which open up a wonderful variety of blue and red runs back down to village level.
The area is a paradise for all grades of skier with 11 black, 40 red, 45 blue and 22 green runs. Intermediate and advanced skiers will enjoy the ride up on
the Clos Chardon or over to the Platte de la Nonne chairlift which opens up the link over to Vars via the Col du Vallon. From here the experts will not want to
miss the fantastic views from the top of the Col de Crévoux.
Risoul has its own snowboard park with wide smooth pistes for beginners. Boarders will also find lots of challenges on the resort's range of red and blue runs, not forgetting the half pipe for those big air jumps.
Off The Slopes
Groups can enjoy the good range of shops, cafés and bars in addition to the natural ice skating rink and horse drawn sleighs. There is also a disco in resort.
