Primarily involved in restaurant service and house-keeping, but from time to time also kitchen and bar duties.

| Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your shifts are generally split and on a rotational basis. Experience is not essential, however enthusiasm is. |
- Service of 2 or 3 meals per day
- Daily cleaning of hotel (bedrooms and public areas)
- Weekly changeover
- Great customer service
- Ability to work as a team
