Kitchen Porter

As a Kitchen Porter, you are responsible for the washing up of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans as well as the cleaning of the kitchen area and possibly assisting with basic food preparation.

Night Porter

As a Night Porter, you are responsible for the security of the hotel though the night. During your shift, you will be required to patrol corridors, stairways etc checking for potential hazards, clean and prepare public areas for the following day and set the restaurant for breakfast.
