| You must have relevant experience in the hospitality industry as well as a mature and positive approach. Good knowledge
of French an advantage. |
- Staff management and training
- Quality control
- Financial budgeting and reporting
- Accurate and efficient completion of Company paperwork and accounting
- High level of customer contact
- Maintaining hygiene, health and safety standards
- Ensuring the restaurant and bar service is smooth, efficient and co-ordinated
- Ensuring that there is a welcoming and friendly atmosphere within the hotel
We also require Assistant / Duty Managers who help with the above duties and deputise in the Hotel Managers' absence.
