Primarily
responsible for 'hosting' the chalet, the position involves
the day to day running of the chalet, from cooking to cleaning
and socialising.

The position would suit a lively, outgoing and self-motivated
person with the necessary culinary skills. Couples most
welcome.
- Provision of varied, wholesome menu to include breakfast, afternoon
tea and 3 course evening meal
- Menu planning, stock control, ordering of goods within constraints
of set budget
- Hygiene and safety measures within chalet
- Efficient and punctual completion of company paperwork and accounts
- Public relations with guests
