Responsible for providing a varied and wholesome 7-day rotation menu within the constraints of set budgets.

Head Chef
You will be required to plan the menus, maintain quality and quantity control, order supplies, oversee stock-taking, manage kitchen staff and ensure kitchens are hygienic, clean and safe (to local and European standards).
Relevant qualifications and experience essential.
Sous Chef
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist with most of the above duties and will be required to cover the Head Chef on their day off. Experience preferred.
Commis Chef
Ideal role for someone with kitchen experience and an interest in developing a career as a Chef. Involved in various aspects of running a kitchen and basic food preparation.
