Bis a name that has come to
be associated with great skiing. This traditional Canadian town has the benefits of a lively ski resort with the added bonus of being located in one of the most beautiful national parks
in the world. With an excellent range of après ski, a transfer time of less than 2 hours and some of the most incredible views in the world it is hardly surprising that we are so excited about this brand new addition to our 2009 brochure.
On The Slopes
Situated in the heart of the Canadian Rockies this is Canada’s largest ski area. Banff/Lake Louise is a three mountain resort and caters for all levels of skiers and boarders with ease. The beginners have a fantastic selection of gentle blue trails to build up their confidence, Intermediates have an almost endless supply of more ambitious runs, and there is also an incredible range of terrain which will challenge even the most advanced skiers in your party. Boarders are also well catered for with plenty of wide open runs for all abilities. With the incredible updated lift system both skiers and boarders can vertically avoid the queues and head straight up the mountain.
There are 3 ski areas which make up this destination: Sunshine Village, Norquay and Lake Louise -
our groups will take lessons on all three (the quick facts opposite are for Sunshine). The ski areas are huge and with 3300 acres of skiable terrain and over 30 feet of snow each year you are sure to have
a fantastic ski experience and an unforgettable trip.
