Attitash Bear Peak is probably the most value for money resort on the East Coast, offering the big mountain ski experience with the service and family atmosphere you would expect from a smaller resort.
With one of New England's biggest (tax free) factory store shopping outlets on your doorstep offering 200 designer brands, the biggest decision you'll have to make each day is whether to shop or ski!
On The Slopes
Attitash has 70 trails offering a wide diversity of skiing over two mountain peaks allowing all levels of skier to develop at their own pace.
The Attitash Adventure Centre has a separate learning area, complete with its own snowbelt which is designed to calm the jitters of first time skiers, providing a relaxed and fun environment to develop their skill and confidence.
With the guidance of the excellent local instructors, beginners will soon find themselves on top of Bear Peak cruising wide open trails such as "Wandering Skis".
Intermediate skiers will enjoy racing down "snowdancer" before trying their luck on the more advanced runs such as "Myth Maker".
Advanced skiers can attempt to dodge the trees through the "Lumberyard Glade" before whisking up the "Flying Yankee" high speed quad to test their balance on the "Tightrope" or throw caution to the wind on "Idiots Option".
Ski and board free stylers can also catch some air in the Palmer-X Terrain Park, New Hampshire's longest Superpipe or the Family Fun Zone terrain park.
