SkiPlan offers a choice of flights from ten UK Airports and regular departures throughout the 2012/13 Winter Sports season.
SkiPlan Flights
Our flights are operated by well known and reliable airlines such as Monarch Airlines using modern Boeing and Airbus aircrafts. We also offer scheduled flights with EasyJet, Jet 2, Ryanair, Flybe and British Airways.
Flight Times
All SkiPlan charters are day flights, normally leaving the UK in the early morning and enabling groups to arrive in resort in the early afternoon for ski fit and lift pass issue.
Airport Check-In Times
Due to increased airport security we recommend that you checkin at least 3 hours before departure. SkiPlan representatives will normally be on hand to assist with the formalities.
Luggage Allowance
Below is a guideline for baggage allowances that is correct at the time of going to press. All relevant baggage allowances will be confirmed with your final itinerary but we advise you to check the website of the airline before travel. Monarch: 20kgs per person. Hand luggage weighing 5kg max. RyanAir: 15kgs per person. Hand luggage weighing 10kg max. EasyJet: 20kgs per person plus one item of hand luggage (max 55x40x20cms). Jet 2: 22kgs per person plus one item of hand luggage
(max 56x45x25cms - 10kgs).

The SkiPlan Welcome
On arrival at your overseas airport you will normally be met by a SkiPlan representative or agent for your coach transfer to your resort. Approximate transfer times are shown on relevant resort pages. Please note that these vary depending upon traffic and weather conditions. Free Coach Transfers to UK Airports Return coach to a London airport departure point (only) from mainland England & Wales (only) is based on a minimum of 40 full paying members.
Passports and Visas
It is the Party Leader’s responsibility to ensure that all members of their party have a valid passport and/or a visa when applicable. All British Citizens (including children and infants) require a full British passport to travel. If you or any member of your party is not a British citizen or holds a non British passport, you must check passport and visa requirements with the Embassy or Consulate of the country(ies) to, or through which, you are intending to travel. A collective passport can be used for the majority of European countries. An application form can be obtained from the Passport Office.
